This policy herein lists out the delivery services and the proceedings we offer. As we are an e-commerce platform our products are varied and come from different suppliers.


Our deliveries are carried out by suppliers, or their designated agents, registered with Masbaazaar. Our suppliers can deliver products displayed on our website all across the Maldives.

Delivery Acceptance

As a means of confirming that the products have been received, a signature is required on the provided documentation by delivery personnel . The product is to be accepted by the customer who placed the order or an assigned third party by the customer, at the delivery address. This could be either a digital signature or an inked out one. Masbaazaar shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the product once the delivery has been confirmed.

Pick-up by the Customer

Customers can choose to pick-up listed categories of the items. The pick-up option needs to be selected by the customer. The customer would be called by Masbaazaar to inform and confirm the location. Customers in Greater Male could pick-up the items from relevant suppliers

Product Return Policy and opening a dispute

If the purchased product is received incorrectly, or is defective, or if the received product does not meet the advertised quality standard of the supplier, the customer could request for a return or exchange of the product within 6 hours from delivery. The return could be requested via the area where a dispute could be opened for our review. The supplier could opt for a replacement of the product that is being disputed by the customer if the customer agrees. No partial refund is possible if the product is in any way used. Any products which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, shall not be accepted as a valid dispute.
